We will help customers to resolve issues related to their purchases as much as we can. We will exchange merchandise if it is defective or wrong type. Shipping charges are not refundable. Customers are responsible for returning shipping costs.

We normally fill and ship customers' orders within two business days, most time same day. Occasionally, some merchandises may be on back order, or shipments from our suppliers are delayed. When it occurs, we will notify customers about the status of their orders, and ship them as soon as we receive them from our suppliers.

Yes, they are. We would like to provide informations about our products as much as we can, as accurate as we can. Occasionally, errors do occur, please notify us if you think that pictures or descriptions about the products are wrong. We appreciate your feedbacks.

Yes, we ship our merchandise just about to anywhere in the world. International customers are responsible for any custom fee and tariff if it occurs.

We pack and label our packages carefully, it meets USPS standard. Although it is extremely rare that packages are lost or damaged in shipping, we are not responsible if it occurs. Shipping insurance options are available.
