Warranty and Return Policy

All lamps are guaranteed to arrive in working condition. If you receive a non-working bulb please contact us within 10 working days at sales@princetonlighting.com.  Projector Lamps come with a 90-day manufacturer's warranty from shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Warranty does not cover improper installation including damages incurred while attempting installation.  Warranty does not cover any installation or labor costs associated with the lamp. Warranty is administered by manufacturers.

If you believe that a lamp or bulb is defective you may contact us for an RMA and return instructions.  If this lamp/bulb is returned to us and tested to be found in good working condition then this lamp or bulb will be returned to customer with a $20.00 handling fee.

All returns are for exchange only. 

 

 
Returns Procedure and checklist:

1) Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RMA #)

2) All returns must reference the RMA# on the shipping label

3) Be sure to save tracking number when returning products.

Returns will be processed within 3 working days after received.
